Kingston Estates sought to dispose of their portfolio and, following a competitive pitch, a combined CBRE team secured the instruction The portfolio included 5 offices, 2 industrial units and 2 retail assets CBRE advised Kingston to split the assets into each sector in order to achieve best value and certainty of sale for all assets The team enforced a tight timeframe on themselves to launch the assets, as it was deemed that there was limited competition in the market at that time and in order to meet the Christmas deadline The competitive tension created allowed Kingston to secure best value along with certainty of completion.
